When will I get my items

By entering a post code, you’ll get estimated delivery methods. We ship internationally but our average delivery time is 7 days worldwide.

What are my payment options?

We accept most credit and debit cards, as well as Aurelia Intimates Gift Cards.

Can you deliver to somewhere other than my home?

Yes. You can enter the address of your choice when prompted at checkout.

Can I pick up my items at an Aurelia Intimates Store?

We currently offer online delivery but are looking to have in store pickup available in the future.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales Tax is included in all our prices, what you see is what you pay.

If my items don't fit what can I do?

We will help you exchange them. If you ordered the wrong size; contact us and we will help you get them exchanged to the right size.
